Work-in-Progress Reviews

Periodic observations of work-in-progress to determine whether: the work complies with the requirements of the approved construction documents; progress is on schedule; work-in-progress reports by the design professionals are favorable respecting materials / workmanship / compliance with design intent; laboratory test reports confirm that the work is in compliance with requirements; changes in the work are properly processed through necessary approvals; requested advances are appropriate for the work performed; reviews by jurisdictional authorities are favorable.

Performed soon after announced completion to review the work to detect: omitted, incomplete or unsatisfactorily completed items; incomplete documentation of satisfaction of regulatory administrative requirements.

Construction Compliance Reviews

Periodic observations of work in progress with review of specific conditions to determine that the work being performed by the contractor is in compliance with the construction documents. This service is particularly valuable for a project being built outside an inspecting jurisdiction.
